Polifactory España | From tomorrow at the ICO Museum of Madrid, from February 24, 2015 and until May 17, 2015, will take place the exhibition:

“EXPORT: Arquitectura española en el extranjero”

It is a temporary exhibition dealing with the works of contemporary Spanish architects abroad, along with a collection of Spanish architects who throughout history have had to work abroad Spain for many reasons.
At the entrance of the exhibition, the curators have chosen the important figure of Abelardo Lafuente among others, who was the only Spanish architect in China in the early twentieth century who introduced the Spanish Moorish style in the city of Shanghai, and became recognized throughout Asia for its breathtaking ballrooms among the best hotels of the continent at the begginning of XX century. Moreover, among the selected projects by Spanish studies nowadays, appears one of the most familiar of our study, Hous.E + a sustainable house built in structural walls of modern rammed earth for Vancouver, which materials resources comes from 100 miles around. A great example of modern architecture with the most sustainable and modern construction techniques, it was a paradigm in 2012 in contemporary sustainable construction and technique of modern rammed earth walls.
